How we get prices

A price on this site is copied from a rental shop's own website, its own catalog, or a PDF that shop published. Those pages are checked by hand.

We do not use marketplace listings. We never invent a rate. Job totals on the estimate and project pages add up published rates only.

A rental shop can change a rate after we check it. Call the shop before you count on a number. Delivery, tax, fuel, deposits, and damage waivers may be extra.

The date on a price is the day we last checked that shop's published rate. If we do not have that day, we do not print a date.

Rental shops: if a price here is out of date, update it on your own website and we'll pick up the change on our next check.
